Hermes is a web-based platform designed for shift supervisors and HR personnel to manage and track workforce performance in real-time across warehouse operations.
My Role: UI/UX design, interface logic, error state flows, data visualization structure.
Project created in collaboration with a cross-functional team of designers and developers.

Time tracking dashboard — visual representation of shift goals, employee distribution by task, and real-time attendance.
Error & productivity analytics — track daily mistakes and calculate actual vs. planned productivity with clear graphs and totals.
Shift & staff management — view staff performance, filter by roles and teams, and export reports when needed.
Error states and alerts — includes well-structured UX for cases like: no internet, maintenance, failed search, or medical exam requirements.
Dark/Light mode & domain toggle — customizable interface based on facility type and user preference.

Focus areas:
 Designed to function under real production conditions (low connectivity, multiple users).
Prioritized clarity, fast data scanning, and minimal training for first-time users.
Built responsive layouts for optimal use on industrial desktop terminals.
